At Adam Truck Parts, we work hard to ensure you receive the correct heavy-duty truck parts quickly and in perfect condition. If an issue occurs, we offer a fair and transparent return process.
•Warranty
Parts / Service Limited Warranty Statement
We are committed to customer satisfaction and to delivering quality aftermarket heavy duty parts and service with the convenience – and at the competitive prices – you deserve. Many of the items we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms will vary between manufacturers and parts Parts (and any labor costs associated with a warrantable claim) are subject to the relevant manufacturer’s warranty, as in effect at the time of purchase, and approval. In most cases, and subject to manufacturer approval of the claim, Adamtruckparts will replace or issue a refund for, or facilitate the repair of, a new part that fails during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation.
Importantly:
Manufacturer’s determination and approval as to the warrantability of a claim often requires that the part first be sent to the manufacturer for physical examination.
Damage or loss caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, storage, or handling, overloading, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions is not covered by warranty.
Warranties on replacement parts cover the unused portion of the original warranty.
Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.
🚚 1. Eligibility for Returns
A return may be accepted if:
✔ The part is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
✔ The part includes all original packaging, hardware, and accessories
✔ A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
✔ The part is not listed under Non-Returnable Items
All returns must be approved by our team before being shipped back.
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Electrical parts (sensors, ECUs, wiring, switches)
- Installed or used parts
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Parts not purchased directly from Adam Truck Parts
- Damaged items due to incorrect installation or misuse
If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.
⚠️ 3. Incorrect or Defective Parts
If you receive:
✔ The wrong part
✔ A damaged item
✔ A defective or non-functional component
Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the part
- Photo of the packaging and label
We will resolve the issue immediately by offering a replacement, exchange, or credit, depending on availability.
📦 4. Return Shipping
- For customer-choice returns (wrong part ordered), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- For seller-fault returns (wrong item shipped, damaged item), we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
💳 5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after inspecting the returned item.
Refunds may take:
- 3–7 business days for processing
- Issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake
If the item is not returned in original condition, a restocking fee (10–25%) may apply.
🔁 6. Exchanges
If you need the same item replaced, contact us and we will arrange a fast exchange, depending on stock availability.

🛑 8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
Once the part has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.
